Abstract: This project aims to conduct a biological survey to collect scientific data on native and introduced vegetation for use in district councils, in 1994. This survey aimed to provide conservation and management strategy for the Christie Creek catchment, near Adelaide, South Australia.

Study Area Description: Whole of field creek catchment within City of Noarlunga. LGA from coast (500mm rainfall) to ranges (700m rainfall at 300m altitude). Landform pattern is low hills. Whole of Field Creek Catchment within City of Noarlunga LGA on Noarlunga 1:50,000, 6627-04.
Objectives
         Vegetation: To collect scientific data on native and introduced vegetation for use in council's conservation and management strategy for Christie Creek Catchment.

Methodology
         Vegetation: Followed Biological Survey 30 x 30m quadrat and cover abundance method. Followed Weed Block Survey method.
