| Abstract: |
The following GDEs are listed in directory of Important Wet Lands in Australia and are located in or close to the Prescribed
Wells Area Southern Basins; they are Big Swamp, Coffin Bay Costal Wetland System, Lake Hamilton, Lake Newland, Pillie Lake and Sleaford Mere. Several that are in close proximity of extraction facilities are Sleaford Mere (Lincoln A Lens) Coffin Bay
Wetland (Coffin Bay A Lens) Pillie Lake (Lincoln C Lens) also a intermittent saline lake located behind Cathedral Rocks wind
farm and adjacent to Uley South Lens therefore they are deemed at higher risk of influence. |
