Survey/Project Name: SE Water Conservation and Drainage Board wetland ecological monitoring
Abstract: The South East Water Conservation and Drainage Board wetland ecological monitoring manages an extensive network of drains and flow management structures in the South East of South Australia. Flows can be diverted into wetlands for ecological purposes. Ecological monitoring is required to measure the effectiveness of these diversions, and to assist with the prioritisation of wetlands to receive water. This monitoring targeted flora, frogs, waterbirds and fishes.
