Survey/Project Name: | Sandy Creek Floral Resources Enhancement |
Abstract: | Observed decline in honey eater populations (Barry Hutchins 1962 onwards) are linked to perceived reduction in Banksia and Callistemon flowers due to senesence in Sandy Creek Conservation Park. This project examines impacts of grazing and water limitation on Banksia marginata seedling recruitment and survival, through vegetation and kangaroo-monitoring programs. |
