Survey/Project Name: Coffin Bay NP Vegetation Exclosure
Abstract: Coffin Bay National Park vegetation exclosure project used quadrats to gain data of species richness, percent cover of ground layer vegetation, counts of perennial shrubs and photopoints. Vegetation data collected every two years. Collected in 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009 still ongoing 2019. Data analysed was in 2009, with modifications made to the methodology to adapt the data set for improved use in kangaroo management objectives. Quadrats recording percent cover of ground layer veg and plant height measurements, counts of perennial shrubs, photopoints, roo/rabbit dung presence.
