Survey/Project Name: Nationally threatened Orchids of Yorke Peninsula
Abstract: This program includes small isolated populations of threatened plant species that are found along roadsides and in remnant native vegetation surviving on Yorke Peninsula. Project sites include Muloowurtie Conservation Reserve, Agery Reserve and sections of roadside vegetation near Port Vincent and Wallaroo.

         Vegetation: Actions implemented: Weed control, feral animal control and stock-proof fencing. Developing site action plans for ongoing management. Management agreements with landowners. Community workshop will be conducted in spring 2005 to raise awareness. Increased community participation in threat abatement and monitoring.
