Survey/Project Name: Nene Valley Conservation Park 1985
Abstract: A field study of Nene Valley Conservation Park, South East, South Australia. The field work was conducted in August 1985, and provided a general description of the biological communities within the park, as well as identifying management problems and priorities.          Fauna: The field study was undertaken to determine management priorities and problems for the park.
Methodology
Vegetation: Survey methods are outlined in Taylor (1985). Major vegetation associations were summarized and mapped. A species list of the park was also collected.
Fauna: Opportunistic bird observations were made during daily visits to the park 25-31 August 1985. One 3 hour period was dedicated to bird observation during which time the swale access track was traversed south to north. Traplines were setup to cover the major vegetation associations of the park. There was a total of 100 trapnights, with baited elliott traps used.
