Survey/Project Name: South-East Malleefowl Questionnaire
Abstract: This project aims to conduct a postal survey, between 1992-1993, to gather information about Malleefowl (Leipoa ocellata) distribution on private land, in the South East region, South Australia. METHODOLOGY: Landowners who owned large (>10 hectare) blocks of native vegetation were identified and sent a questionnaire, which was primarily intended to clarify issues relating to historical and present Malleefowl distribution and abundance.
