Survey/Project Name: Winninowie CP Biological Survey
Abstract: Project to undertake a survey of fauna and flora species with in the Winninowie Conservation Park. The aim of the project is to provide a better understanding of the species within the area for conservation purposes. The project was also used to improve the skill and training of regional staff in plant and animal identification, safe animal trapping practises and animal handling techniques. Trapping was conducted at 4 sites, over 4 nights (October 17-21 2008). Four vegetation sites (30m x 30m) also surveyed.
