Survey/Project Number: 764          Total No. of Sites: 266
Survey/Project Name: Calperum/Taylorville Station vertebrate surveys by Australian Landscape Trust
Abstract: The Calperum/Taylorville Surveys involve pitfall and Elliot trapping throughout a wide range of environments within the stations. This overview will depict the site locations (including maps), their dominant vegetation/soil types, mud maps of site designs, monitoring procedure, recording procedure, specimen flow charts and a rationale for the project. In 2009 the project will survey mammal and reptile diversity at 5 locations within Calperum and Taylorville Stations; Calperum North (15 sites), Calperum Central (9 sites), Calperum South (12 sites), Taylorville east (6 sites) and Taylorville west (6 sites). Each site will have two pitfall lines and one Elliott trap line (15 Elliotts). Each survey area will be open over four nights.
