Abstract: Biological Survey comprising flora and fauna of an agricultural property located north of Tumby Bay, Eyre Peninsula, South Australia, near Lipson Cove. Objectives are to identify the flora and fauna occurring at the site and to investigate the presence of species of national or local significance. Survey was undertaken (November 2008) by Golder Associates Pty Ltd for a commercial client in relation to a possible proposed development at the site.

Study Area Description: Agricultural property located north of Tumby Bay, Eyre Peninsula, South Australia, near Lipson Cove. . The site includes a road corridor - Swaffers Road. The site is generally bounded by the Lincoln Highway and Gulf of St Vincent and the Lipson Cove. Road and Shaffers Road on the eyre Peninsula to the north of Tumby Bay and south of Port Neil. Coastal plain area, with less than 300mm rainfall annually. The site is largely comprised of agricultural land.

         Fauna: To identify the fauna associated with the site to locate species listed under EPBC Act or or State signficance.
