Methodology
         Vegetation: *** No vegetation methodology recorded
         Fauna: Terrestrial invertebrates were collected from vegetation by beating or sweeping with a net. The soil surface fauna was collected both by suction and pitfall traps. Soil animals were collected by funnel extraction of small soil cores radius 2.5 cm and amongst leaf litter. Invertebrates were collected from various arid habitats - springs, bores, creeks and desert.
